This double decker fryer uses dual heating elements to combine forced hot air and radiant heat, along with an elevated, perforated cooking basket. This ensures crisp exteriors and moist interiors. Each fryer deck can cook up to 5 pounds per batch. The unit is available in 2 different electrical configurations to suit your setup.
Greaseless fryers produce healthier products with 20% to 40% less fat than traditional deep frying methods. They're also 30% to 40% faster than convection ovens, while eliminating the hassle and hazards of using hot oil.
The BMDRAF02 features a smartphone-style touchscreen interface for creating and editing up to 108 recipe programs with customizable names, times, and temperatures in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. This model is ventless and does not require a hooded ventilation system.
The BMDRAF comes with a 1-year warranty. A single-decker model is also available.
